Copilot can also summarize lengthy email threads, giving you the gist of what’s being said without having to read each message.

Step 1. Select the thread you want to summarize.

Step 2. Copilot will scan your message and suggest ways to improve it. It’ll offer to adjust syntax, structure, and grammar to possibly create a better final email.

Step 3. You can click “Apply all suggestions” to instantly implement all of Copilot’s changes, or you can go through them one by one to pick and choose.

Lastly, Copilot can read your emails, understand when topics like meetings, appointments, or events are being discussed, and create invites for you to send out to relevant parties.

Step 1. Open an email thread or message that contains information about an event or meeting of some kind.
