- Open your profile on Instagram, select the three-bar menu at the top, go to Media Quality, and enable High Quality Uploads.
- Alternatively, turn off Use less mobile data in the same menu to let Instagram prioritize quality over data usage while uploading posts or stories.
- If content appears low in quality despite changing these settings, check the resolution of the image you are trying to upload.
