- Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Mouse > Advanced > decrease the vertical scrolling speed.
- Disable add-ins on Microsoft Excel to improve the program’s performance.
- Update Excel to the latest version or repair Microsoft Office from the Settings app.
Basic Fixes
- Restart PC: Restart your PC to eliminate temporary bugs and glitches.
- Turn off the power saver: Go to Settings > System > Power & Battery > change the power plan to Best Performance.
