Method 1: Use AirDrop
Apple’s AirDrop is the best and most effective way to send large videos from iPhone to other Apple hardware. However, the service is limited to Apple hardware such as iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Step 1: Open the Photos app on your iPhone and select a video you want to share.
Step 2: Tap on the Share icon at the bottom left > choose AirDrop .
Step 3: The menu will automatically showcase nearby Apple devices. Select the device you want to share the file with and let AirDrop perform the magic.

Method 2: By Sharing iCloud Link
iCloud users can easily share large videos from iPhones using the Photos menu. Here’s what to do.
Step 1: Open the Photos app on your iPhone and look for the video you want to share.
Step 2: Tap on the Share icon at the bottom and find the Options menu beside the video duration.
Step 3: From the following menu, select iCloud Link . Then, select the platform from which you want the video. Photos will upload the video to iCloud (if it hasn’t already) and share the iCloud link .
Note: If you are running low on iCloud storage , you can’t upload the video to the platform and generate a shareable link.
Method 3: Use OneDrive or Google Drive
First, upload the video to OneDrive or Google Drive and create a shareable link to share it with others. Let’s take Google Drive as an example here.
Step 1: Open the Photos app and find the video. Then, tap on the Share icon and select Google Drive from the iOS Share menu.
Step 2: Upload the video to a relevant folder in Google Drive.
Step 3: After uploading the video, open Google Drive and find the video you want to share. Tap on the three-dot menu and select Share . Then, enter another person’s Google email ID and share the video.
Similarly, upload the video to OneDrive and share the link to the video with the person you want to watch it.
Method 4: Using WeTransfer
You can use a third-party application like WeTransfer to send large or long videos from your iPhone. Here’s how:
Step 1: Download WeTransfer on your iPhone and create an account.
Step 2: Tap the plus icon at the bottom left and tap the plus icon in the Get a link section.
Step 3: Upload the video you want to send, choose the expiration date of the link, and tap Transfer .
Step 4: Tap the Share button and share the link of the uploaded video on different platforms with your friends.
There are a few things to remember when using WeTransfer. First, WeTransfer only allows you to send up to 2GB of videos for free. If you want to send larger files, you must purchase its premium plan, which allows you to share up to 200GB of video. Furthermore, if you want to add a password to the shared link, you must purchase the WeTransfer Premium plan.
