• Use CTRL + A to select all the files inside a folder.
  • You can also click, hold, and drag the left mouse button around all the files you want to select.
  • Alternatively, use the Select All option in the File Explorer ribbon.

To select multiple sets of files, click and hold the left mouse button , drag it , and select the files. Then, hold the CTRL key , click and hold the left mouse button , and drag it to select the next set of files.

Method 3: Use Shift Key

Click on the first file you want to select > hold the Shift key > click on the last file you want to select.

This will select all the files between the first and the last files you previously selected.

Another way to select all the files in a folder is to click on the three-dots icon on the top ribbon and use Select All .

  • You can only mark multiple files in the same location (for example, your Desktop), but not ones from two different places.

  • If you want to do that, you’ll have to repeat the process for every directory location with some of the files you want to print – or you can move them into the same location first.

Step 4: When all the ones you want to print are selected, press the Control + P keyboard shortcut at the same time. The usual print menu will open up, and you’ll be able to select your printer.
