• Open Settings > Location > turn the Location toggle on > App permissions > Maps > select Allow all the time > turn on the toggle on.
  • Go to Settings > Apps > Maps > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data > Delete.
  • Open Google Maps > your profile picture > Settings > turn the Wi-Fi only toggle off.

Basic Fixes:

Fix 3: Clear Cache and Data

Fix 4: Disable Wi-Fi Only in Google Maps

If you’ve set Google Maps to work only on Wi-Fi, it will stop working the moment you disconnect from your Wi-Fi and use mobile data. To ensure this does not happen, disable the relevant setting in the Google Maps app using the below steps.
